Payment Options

Our practice accepts preauthorized debit, Visa, Mastercard and cash.

Pay-in-full Discount

A 5% administrative discount will be offered if the total treatment fee is paid in full at the beginning of treatment. This applies to full comprehensive treatment only. (Example: total fee $6950, less administrative discount of $347.50. Total paid is $6,602.5)

Zero-Interest Payment Plans

We understand that orthodontic treatment can be a big investment. To help fit it into your specific budget, we are happy to offer the following zero-interest payment arrangements for your convenience:    

• Monthly payment: Initial payment of 20-35% of the treatment fee is paid when treatment starts, followed by monthly payments until the balance is cleared. (Example: total fee $6950 – initial payment of $1790, followed by 24 monthly payments of $215)  

• Quarterly payment: The total treatment fee is divided into equal amount that is to be paid every 3 months for the duration of active treatment. (Example: total fee $6950 – quarterly payments of $868.75, paid every 3 months 8 times - over 24 months)  

• Custom: Our payment plans are very flexible and can be customized to suit your needs. If none of the above payment arrangements fit into your budget, please ask us about customizing a payment plan that will work best and allow you to feel more comfortable proceeding with treatment.

Orthodontic Insurance

Our new patient coordinator will answer all your questions regarding your insurance. If you are unsure if you have orthodontic coverage, we recommend you contact your insurance provider directly as we do not have the ability to call on your behalf.
